This time, we visited the Unicum Lyceum with interactive nutrition lessons called “The Healthy Power of Food”. Primary school students learned what a balanced diet is, how to distinguish between proteins, fats and carbohydrates, and how to shape their plate to be strong and healthy.
The lesson was followed by watching colorful SuGuard cartoons and interactive games. The children not only gained new knowledge, but also had fun!
Why is it important?
The International Foundation for Medical Innovation has launched this initiative to teach children and their parents the basics of a balanced diet.
A balanced diet and healthy eating habits established since childhood are one of the most important elements in the prevention of the most common diseases. That's why we focus on prevention by educating everyone, including in schools.
Would you like SuGuard cartoon characters to visit you? We are open to cooperation with medical and educational institutions. Please contact us: office@imifcharity.com
