IMIF supports innovation in disease prevention

“Disease is easier to prevent than to cure” - this wisdom of Hippocrates, expressed more than 2,000 years ago, is still relevant today.

Cardiovascular and cancer diseases remain the leading causes of death in the world. However, many of these diseases can be avoided by following simple rules: 

• eat a balanced diet;
• engage in regular physical activity;
• give up bad habits;
• undergo regular preventive examinations. 

Unfortunately, people often underestimate the importance of prevention. That is why IMIF works in this direction together with doctors, helping them to find effective solutions in the field of preventive medicine. The Foundation is actively looking for opportunities to introduce innovations in the field of preventive measures and supports doctors in initiatives aimed at preserving public health. 

We sincerely believe that the future of medicine is not only effective treatment, but also timely prevention of diseases.
