We help the specialists of "Okhmatdyt" to save lives

Macogenic G2 can effectively treat a wide range of diseases, including: scleroderma, all forms of T-cell lymphoma, graft-versus-host disease, atopic dermatitis, Crohn's disease, as well as severe forms of pemphigus, epidermolysis bullosa, erosive oral lichen planus. In addition, ESR can be used in lung transplantation (the main indicator in patients with bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome).

Why is this important?

Thanks to this, Ukrainian patients no longer need to travel abroad for treatment, but it cannot be absolutely free in Ukraine either, because consumables are required for each procedure. The essence of the procedure is that mononuclear cells are collected from the patient by apheresis, placed in a bag for irradiation, 8-MOP solution (20 mg/ml) is added there and placed in Macogenic G2, where the photoactivation process takes place. After that, the treated cells are returned to the patient.

In order for a patient to be completely cured, several such procedures are usually required, and consumables are quite expensive for ordinary Ukrainians, so "Okhmatdit" felt an urgent need for radiation bags!
